The thirty members of the Porters Grange Choir travelled by coach to Wembley Arena to take part in an exciting concert called Voice in a Million. Once we arrived we were directed to our seats in the auditorium, where we rehearsed the songs and dance moves. After a break for tea, we changed into our VIAM t-shirts and awaited the start of the concert with excitement and anticipation alongside the hundreds of children from other schools.
The concert was fantastic - we performed the music and actions to a number of songs including: Mama Said, Fight Song, High, Flashlight and Uptown Funk.
We travelled back by coach, arriving back in Southend after midnight having had a fantastic day. It was an amazing experience to be singing and dancing with so many other children in front of a large audience of parents and friends.
