
Billy's Band Family Concert
Children from year 3 took part in a concert at the Palace Theatre hosted by Danny Newell and Billy's Band. This was a musical adventure exploring instruments, genres and involving interactive musical activities, animations and a live 16 piece professional orchestra. Each child took along an instrument and joined in with 'Billy's Blues' alongside children from other schools.

Year 6 trip to Southchurch park
On Friday 12 th of May, after the KS2 SATs week, the children of Year 6 were lucky enough to relax, unwind and play with their friends at Southchurch Park. Year 6 took equipment with them to the park, and were able to play their favourite games with their friends all day. They brought their own packed lunches, or had a school packed lunch. Year 5 Netball tournament
On Wednesday 26th April, Porters Grange took part in a netball tournament at Garons Leisure Centre. Eight students went along for the morning and represented the school. We showed great team spirit and sportsmanship which did not go unnoticed from the referees and the other teams. We played a total of three matches, losing the first, narrowly losing the second and then winning our final game. Unfortunately that was not enough to take us through to the next round. The children
