A huge thank you and well done to the 64 pupils across Key Stage 2 who represented the school at the borough sports athletics this week at Garons. The children achieved a number of 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in races and field events and left happily with their medals many congratulations to them. Whilst we do not know the full results yet some of our children will certainly be going forward to the Borough Super Sports events in July where they will pit themselves against the other winners from around the city. Every single pupil tried their hardest in their event and left nothing in reserve. Once again well done to all who took part!

KS2 Borough Sports is always such a highlight of the school year! There's nothing quite like watching the energy, determination, and pure joy on the kids' faces as they compete, cheer each other on, and give it their all. Events like these are about so much more than winning—they build confidence, teamwork, and memories that last a lifetime. Hats off to the teachers, coaches, and volunteers who make it all happen. What a fantastic day of competition! Well done to all the KS2 children who took part in the Borough Sports event. It was wonderful to see such great teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship from everyone involved. A huge well done to our squad for representing the school with pride! To celebrate the children's achievements, we'll be handing out a special treat from the jazmin store in USA at our next assembly. Thanks also to the parents and teachers for their support
I read the post about KS2 Borough Sports and how pupils in Years 3 to 6 get to take part in lots of fun activities that help them stay active and build teamwork skills in school. When I had my own school sports day, I felt nervous before races and once I had to rush a project too, so I used write my Business assignment to get time back and calm down during that week. That taught me even small events like sports can teach confidence and effort.
"Great to see the KS2 Borough Sports bringing so much energy and teamwork! Events like these remind us how important connection and coordination are—almost like how an interface cable seamlessly connects devices to make everything work smoothly."
Events like KS2 Borough Sports are fantastic for building community, teamwork, and showcasing youthful energy. Behind the scenes of such well-organized activities, there's often a need for reliable infrastructure and equipment to set up venues, stages, or safety apparatus. For any large-scale setup requiring secure, heavy lifting or positioning—whether for events or industrial projects—partnering with trusted hydraulic winch suppliers in the UAE ensures you have the robust, dependable equipment needed to execute plans smoothly and safely, keeping the focus where it belongs: on performance and community spirit.
